Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During today's inspection, out of children present were infants under years old. Based on interview with licensee, she understands she can only have a maximum of infants per her approved license capacity. This poses an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“During today's inspection, licensee did not have a current children's roster and completed one during the inspection. Children's dates of birth on roster were inaccurate. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
