Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“as evidenced by licensee's husband was arrested for arson by lighting a pillow on fire at the daycare home and using methamphetamines. This posed an immediate risk to the health and safety of children in care.”
“Licensee did not report the fire and the arrest that occurred in the family day care home on Sunday, 03/10/2024, to the licensing agency within the next business day. This posed an immediate safety & health risk to children in care.”
