CCR 101223(a)(1) — The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights:
“LPA conducting mulitple interviews with staff, LPA was informed that a child was hit on the head, children were grabbed by the arms, children were getting yelled at by staff, and children were sprayed in the face with a water hose.and determining personal rights violations occurred.”
