Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The Licensee did not follow capacity and ratio requirements as there were six children in care (four infants, one preschool-age, one school-age), which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
“The Licensee and/or another adult did not transport a child to school and instead had a minor transport the child to school, which poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
“The Licensee did not complete criminal record clearance transfer for Estephania Torres-Vasquez, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
“The Licensee did not complete the Individual Infant Sleep Plan (LIC9227) for two infants in care, which poses a potential threat to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
“The Licensee has renovations on-going for his mobile home (including wall renovation, installation of sliding door, and renovation to stair case/patio), which was not reported to the Department, which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
