Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on observations, record reviews, and interviews, the licensee provided care for five infants and preschool-aged children on 03/19/2025, and three infants (up to months) and preschool-aged children (ages to 5) on 04/03/2025. The licensee was out of compliance with both ratio and capacity requirements on both dates. This poses an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.”
