Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · California Department of Social Services, Community Care Licensing DivisionNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on interviews conducted, it was determined that there were two occurences where a child was left unsupervised for an undetermined amount of time, and they were found covered in feces. This poses an immediate personal rights, health, and safety risk to children in care”
“Based on interview and video footage obtained, on 09/26/2023, Staff #1 and Staff #2 engaged in a verbal altercation in front of daycare children during operating hours. This poses an immediate personal rights, health, and safety risk to children in care”
“Based on LPA’s observation, interviews, and records review, the licensee knowingly submitted inaccurate attendance records that were contradictory to licensee’s statements and facility records, which poses an immediate personal rights, health, and safety risk to children in care”
