Nearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

CCR 101.161(a) — A licensee shall not operate a child care center beyond the conditions and limitations specified on the license, including the capacity limitation.

“Based on interview and observation children were utilizing the adult center which is not a licensed area. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.”
