“On September 10, 2026, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding allegations of a lack of handwashing due to an interruption of running water and failure to notify OCCL. An investigation was conducted on September 17, 2026. Based on interviews, this complaint is substantiated for a lack of handwashing and failing to notify OCCL and families of an interruption of running water. Administrator #1 stated they did not notify OCCL or families they did not have running water. Owner #1 stated the facility remained open without running water for a little over three hours, and hand sanitizer was used instead of washing hands.”
