Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.

“The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on December 5, 2025, and two additional complaints on December 11, 2025, regarding concerns of lack of supervision and failure to properly document an incident resulting in injury to the face. An investigation was conducted from December 11, 2025, through December 15, 2025, during which Licensing Specialist #1 engaged in phone and email communication with Reporter #1, interviewed Administrator #1 and Staff #1, obtained documentation, and reviewed video footage of the incident. The complaint is substantiated for failure to complete an incident report in a timely manner, as the incident report was not completed until two days after the incident occurred. There is no evidence to substantiate the allegation of lack of supervision, as Staff #1 was able to recall the location, timing, and sequence of events related to the incident.”
