Seven staff members need OCCL's Health and Safety training. Thirteen staff members need a job description. Three staff members need employee declaration and drug alcohol statements. Three staff members need an adult health appraisal with TB results. One staff member needs an adult health appraisal. One staff member needs TB results. Seven staff members need service letters.”

“Ensure child files are complete. Two children need health appraisals and immunization records. Two children need parents right to know acknowledgement. Three children need screen time permission. One child needs transportation permission.”

“Ensure all areas are clean. Clean the vent in located in the girls bathroom in EHS Classroom #4. Ensure individual storage spaces are organized so children's belongings do not touch. The cubbies located in HS Classroom #3 were observed overcrowded causing children's personal belongings to touch.”

“Discontinue the use of the diaper genie located in EHS Classroom #4 as it is not foot activated and poses potential for cross contamination.”

“Submit a plan review and receive approval before making additions or renovations to the outdoor areas of the center. On March 19, 2026, the administrator contacted this licensing specialist via email to notify OCCL of the installation of the outdoor play equipment and synthetic turf for an infant/toddler outdoor play area. A plan review was not submitted, and approval was not received prior to completing the installation.”
