Inspection history
Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure crib mattresses are covered with a tight-fitting bottom sheet. The pack-n-play mattress was observed without a tight-fitting bottom sheet.”
“Discontinue the use of the walker. This was discussed and corrected when the walker was removed from the child care area.”
“Ensure capacity restrictions for a level 1 FCCH are followed. Six children ages preschool and younger are enrolled in the FCCH. Per child enrollment information and a discussion with the provider, all six preschool-age and younger children are present at the same time. During the visit, only four children were present. This was discussed with the provider.”
“Ensure the renewal application is submitted at least 60 days prior to the license expiration.”
“Ensure current enrollment completes the Parent's Right to Know Notice Log.”
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs blood lead screening results.”
“Remove the air freshener from the bathroom. This was corrected at the visit when the provider removed the air freshener.”
“Ensure children under 18 months old, who do not walk, sleep in a crib, playpen, or pack-and-play. A 15 month old, who does not walk, was observed sleeping in a play yard. Ensure the pack-and-play mattress is set at its lowest position. The infant's pack-and-play was set to the bassinet position.”
“Ensure the diaper-changing surface is non-absorbent. Remove the blanket and clothe cover. Ensure a foot-activated diaper pail is used for diapers. This was corrected when the provider switched out the diaper genie for a foot-activated diaper pail.”
“Ensure the Level 1 family home capacity is maintained at all times. At the time of the visit, there were three one year olds and one infant present. Disenroll one child to ensure no more than three children are under the age of 24 months.”
“Ensure monthly fire prevention inspections are documented and posted. Please conduct, document, and post monthly fire prevention inspection and send a copy to OCCL.”
