Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure child files are complete. Full file for Child #9. Health appraisal with immunizations for Child #2 and #5. Health appraisal for Child #4. Blood lead screening for Child #6. Infant feeding statement for Child #2. Send to OCCL.”

“On March 10, 2025, the Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint regarding allegations of failing to follow termination policies and failing to release children to an authorized pick-up person. An investigation started on March 20, 2025, and ended on March 21, 2025. This complaint is substantiated for failing to follow termination policies and failing to admit authorized persons into the child care to pick up children from within the home. There was a lack of communication between Parent #1 and Provider #1 as well as other issues, but this reason was not stated in the parent handbook as a reason for terminating a child s care. There is also no statement in the parent handbook about the ability of the provider to not release children to authorized people, as long as those people do not appear intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.”
“All child files must be complete. -An updated child health appraisal, immunization records, and blood lead screening results are needed for Child #9. -Screen time permission, permission to sleep on a mat, and permission to sleep in another area are needed for Child #5.”
“Hazards outside must be put away. -Place power washer, weed whacker, and leaf blower in the shed.”
“Medication administration logs are necessary for use of sunscreens, diaper cream, and any other topical medications. Send copies for all children in care.”
