Source: Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingRecords held from Sep 27, 2021 onward. Earlier visits may exist in the agency’s own files.
Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on August 31, 2026, regarding concerns of failure to follow proper accident/injury procedures following a severe injury, and failure to notify OCCL regarding a serious injury resulting in the need for medical care. An investigation was conducted on September 10, 2026. This complaint is substantiated for failure to notify OCCL regarding a serious injury resulting in the need for medical care based on interviews conducted. Administrator #1 stated they did not notify OCCL within one business day that Child #1 sustained an injury requiring medical attention nor did they report the injury during the complaint visit conducted by OCCL staff on September 1, 2026. There is no evidence to substantiate this complaint regarding concerns of failure to follow proper accident/injury procedures following a severe injury based on interviews conducted. Administrator #1 and three staff members stated Staff #2 immediately attended to Child #1 and assessed Child #1 s injuries before transporting Child #1 for medical attention, as Staff #2 was the parent of Child #1.”

An investigation was started on April 27, 2022. This complaint is substantiated because the center did not have enough staff to provide transportation to school-age children as previously arranged with families.”
