Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure general capacity restrictions are followed. Any preschool-age or younger child present at the home counts toward the capacity. Upon arrival, six preschool-age and younger children were present in the child care room. The provider's three-year-old grandson was observed in the living room of the home with his grandfather. This was discussed and the provider agreed to remove her husband and grandson from the home. The child will now receive care in his own home, provided by the grandfather.”
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs an updated health appraisal. One child needs blood lead screening results.”
“Ensure radon testing is conducted every five years.”
“Ensure the provider's administration of medication certification is renewed every five years.”
“Ensure parents right to know log is complete with all enrolled children, and anyone who tours.”
“Ensure infant feeding schedules are updated monthly by the guardian. Child #1 needs an updated feeding schedule.”
