A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“Ensure license renewal is submitted at least 60 days prior to license expiration.”
“Ensure first aid kit is complete. First Aid kit needs disposable gloves.”
“Ensure child files are complete. One child needs current health appraisal and immunizations on file.”
“Ensure renewal application is complete. A current business license is needed.”
“Ensure an adult health appraisal with TB results is submitted to OCCL within 30 days of a household member turning 18.”
