A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

Staff #1 needs Orientation, 7-hour health and safety training, Application/data sheet or resume, Job description, 4 references, declaration and drug/alcohol statement, release of employment and service letter. Staff #5 needs CPR and first aid, PD Plan. Staff #6 needs a complete file use the list I provided. Annual review of abuse and neglect for staff #2, #3, #4, #5, #7, #8.”
