Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A health appraisal is needed for one household member.”
“The Office of Child Care Licensing (OCCL) received a complaint on May 11, 2024, regarding, an unapproved household member, having drugs in the home, and having a household member involved in violence against a person while children were present. An investigation was conducted on May 17, 2024. This complaint is substantiated for an unapproved household member because the provider stated an adult moved into the home, OCCL was not notified, and this adult was never fingerprinted. There is no evidence that the household member was involved in violence against a person while children were in care, nor is there evidence that drugs were brought into the home because the provider denied these allegations”
