Delaware publishes only visits where a regulation was cited, plus complaint investigations. Visits that found no violations do not appear in the state's data, so a gap between dates here does not mean the program went uninspected. Delaware does not publish a severity weight for its citations.

Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Delaware Office of Child Care LicensingNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Ensure the licensee and all adult household members are fingerprinted every five years. The licensee and one household member need to be re-fingerprinted for the family child care home.”
“Ensure the Parents Right to Know Notice Log is completed by any tours given and enrollment. This was discussed with the licensee and she agreed to comply in the future.”
“Ensure the fire extinguisher is inspected and tagged annually. Mount the fire extinguisher.”
“Ensure the first aid kit is complete. Purchase bandage tape, disposable gloves, eye patch or dressing, first aid guide, pen/note pad, plastic bag, safety pins, finger splint, thermometer, triangle bandage, and tweezers.”
“Submit the rabies vaccinations for one dog.”
“Ensure the renewal application is submitted at least 60 days prior to the license expiration. This was corrected when the renewal application was submitted on 2/7/2023.”
“On May 17, 2022, OCCL received a complaint regarding not obtaining written parent permission for transportation and for taking a field trip. This complaint is substantiated because [name withheld] stated she had verbal permission, but did not have written permission to transport the four children to the trampoline park.”
