“During the inspection, it was observed that cleaning and sanitizing supplies were stored in a space that is accessible to children in that disinfecting wipes were stored on the counter, in an unlocked cabinet, and by the entry to the classroom.”
“During the inspection, it was observed that electrical outlets are not covered when not in use and there was no documentation on file to indicate the outlets are tamper resistant (one outlet was not covered at the entry to the classroom).”
