“In review of the staff records, it was determined that 1 of 8 individuals used in ratio or who have an assigned schedule with a preschool child or group did not meet the requirements for completing the online orientation training in that a staff person employed at least one year did not have a completed staff orientation on file. Submit the program’s corrective action plan to the department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.”
