“During the inspection, it was determined first aid kit(s) at the program had missing items that are required by this rule to be contained in a first aid kit. The following was observed: A working digital thermometer was missing. Submit the program’s corrective action plan to the Department to verify compliance with the requirements of this rule.”
“In review of records, it was determined the provider did not have current valid documentation for training(s) as outlined in the rule. The following was observed: First Aid and CPR did not have verification of the completion of First Aid and CPR Training. DCY Form 1276 was incomplete. Correct the violation and submit the documentation of current certification with the program's corrective action plan to verify compliance with the requirement of the rule.”
