A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“The operation does not have a current fire marshal inspection/license available for review. Their last inspection/license was issued on 4/19/24.”
“A child's file was missing immunization records. The immunization records were not available for review.”
“A child's file is missing the health care professional statement.”
“The operation does not have a current gas leak inspection. The last inspection was conducted on 7/27/22.”
“Two employee files did not have a completed Child Care Center Personnel Information Record form 2947.”
