Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The fire extinguisher expired on June 2024.”
“The provider's brother has been staying with her for 6 months without a background check.”
“The provider is missing preventing and responding to emergencies due to allergic reaction/food reaction; Building and Physical premises safety; Handling, storing, and disposing of hazardous materials, and SIDS. As well as Abuse and Neglect.”
“The fire extinguisher needs to be serviced. The last time it was serviced was 2022.”
“The provider's CPR expired on 01/15/2020.”
“Following training must be completed: universal precautions, safety premises, food allergies and medication.”
