Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The pet's vaccinatination record was not available during the inspection time.”
“A two-year-old child was placed in a highchair twice after being removed from classroom for behavior problems.”
“First aid supplies was stored in a cabinet located in the kitchen/eating area. The cabinet was unlocked and accessible.”
“A bottle of cleaner was stored in cabinet under the kitchen sink. This cabinet was not locked. A container of lysol wipes was in reach in playroom.”
