Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the evidence gathered during the investigation, the caregiver was not properly supervising the children. The lack of supervision in terms of physical proximity, auditory awareness, and visual monitoring directly contributed to the delayed identification of the victim?s injury.”
“One caregiver fell short by 9 hours of the required annual training.”
“Children were observed eating snacks without washing their hands beforehand. During the inspection, the program director intervened, correcting the situation and reinforcing proper handwashing procedures with the caregiver.”
