Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was no evacuation diagram at inspection. *This was corrected at inspection*”
“The provider did not have the required trainings completed at inspection.”
“The water hose was laying out in the backyard when not in use.”
“The Provider had relocated before notifying CCR.”
“There was a multiple occupancy swing at the operation.”
“Fire extinguisher was last services in November of 2014.”
“A sharp pole was noted in the outdoor space. An outdoor grill with rust and brocken pieces was found accessible to children.”
“Three out of six children's files were missing a copy of proof that operational policies were covered and read.”
“The swimming pool barrier/fence was found broken and loose in some areas. Big gaps between the fence were also noted.”
“Operation policies were missing the time durations, and benefits, of how the operation will be promoting indoor and outdoor physical activity.”
“Three children's files reviewed did not have a current immunization record for review.”
“Above ground pool was found with access to standing water. The pool pump and pool electrical outlet was accessible to children.”
