Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During review a substitute caregiver was found to not be in compliance with all minimum standards related to caregiver, the employee had not graduated/received an equivalent yet.”
“A child with a diagnosed food allergy did not have a completed food allergy emergency plan.”
“3 caregivers trainings were observed during the inspection. All 3 had the required training hours however, they did not obtained the required training topics.”
“Infants not yet on table food were missing their Written Feeding Instructions.”
“During the inspection the napping equipment was observed arrange in the school age room in a way that did not provide sufficient work/walk space for caregivers.”
“The operations van did not have an electronic child safety alarm installed.”
“The Fire Inspection was not completed within 12 months as required.”
“One of five children's files reviewed at inspection was lacking a current immunization record. A list was left with director on missing immunizations.”
“Two of five children's files reviewed at inspection was lacking an address for their emergency contact.”
