Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Person in charge did not have accesses to all necessary information when requested by licensing.”
“Caregiver was observed not washing child's hands after diapering.”
“Infant sheets were observed loose and not tight fitting.”
“None of the infants had feeding instructions.”
“No outdoor/playground maintenance logs were available for review during the inspection.”
“Two CPR/First Aid certificates had been altered and/or falsified. The date taken/expiration date had been changed. Both employees verified they had not recently taken First CPR training.”
“Caregiver was observed not washing their own hands after diapering a child.”
“During inspection, no documentation of fire, inclement weather or lock down drills were available upon request.”
“It was determined that a caregiver failed to properly supervise when they fell asleep while in charge of a group of children.”
