Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There was not a record of fire drills for review available to CCR staff by the operatioin.”
“One child's record was missing the required health statement from a medical professional indicating that they are permitted to attend daycare.”
“The caregiver had 9 annual training hours to show CCR, but still needs to show 21 hours to have the 30 annual required hours per policy.”
