Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During a DFPS investigation, it was determined that a caregiver counted in ratio, allowed children to go to the restroom unsupervised.”
“Caregiver is missing 12 out of 15 annual required training hours for 08/16/2020 to 08/16/2021.”
“After-school caregiver in care of children was missing background checks. Caregiver had inactive status at a different school site.”
“Caregiver on site was missing first Pediatric First Aid with Rescue Breathing and Chocking training. Site director with CPR training was present during this inspection.”
“A child in care allergic to peanuts did not have a food allergy emergency plan signed by a physician and child's parent.”
