Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Two school age children were observed playing games on their tablets not related to homework. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver asked the children to put their tablets away.”
“During the inspection children were observed runing out the cafeteria and into the hall without a caregiver present.”
“The operation did not follow the conditions, restrictions, or both that the CBCU has placed on the subject's presence at your operation. A caregiver with a provisional background was allowed to take a group of children to the restroom alone.”
