Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operation did not have safe sleep in the operational policy.”
“Six out of seven children did not have parental notification of liability insurance form available to review during the inspection.”
“Authorization to obtain emergency medical care and to transport the child for emergency medical treatment was not available for two children in care.”
“The outdoor area was observed to have a shelf with chemicals that were accessible to children. **The chemicals were removed. **”
“Two household members have not had orientation to the Licensed Home procedures.”
