Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A child was left unsupervised when the caregivers left the room without the child.”
“A child in care was not supervised appropriately.”
“While in care, a child exited through a gate on a playground without the knowledge of the teachers and was unsupervised outside of the playground area for approximately 2 minutes.”
“After a child exited the playground area at 1:00 pm on 9/19/2023, the child?s lead teacher did not inform the parents and the administrative staff of the incident. Additional teachers, who were outside at the time of the incident, informed the office staff of the situation around 2:15 pm. The office staff then notified the director around 3:30 pm; the director informed the parents about the incident with their child at 3:30 pm.”
“The operation had not had a fire inspection conducted by the local fire marshal within the last year.”
