Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A slide less than six feet high has a use zone of less than six feet at the exit.”
“A sharp screw was potruding three inches from a fence in the area where children play outside.”
“One child with diagnosed food allergy did not have a food allergy plan on file.”
“Hearing and vision statements were not available to review for 5 children enrolled in care over the age of four.”
“Updated immunization records for three children in care were not availible for review.”
“Health statements were not on file for seven children currently enrolled.”
