Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Staff files were reviewed the pre employment affidavit was missing for each staff member. NOTE: This was corrected at inspection, the pre employment affidavits were filled out and placed in each staff file.”
“Two out of the three employee records that were reviewed are pending 2 or more trainings required for HASA purposes.”
“Staff files were reviewed 1 out of the 4 records did not have their current First Aid and CPR training.”
