Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Provider did not have current training in SIDS, Shaken Baby Syndrome and Early Childhood Brain Development.”
“Operational policies were reviewed and did not include information for indoor and outdoor active play.”
“A 14 and 15 year old in the home do not have a background check submitted.”
“Operational policies were reviewed and did not include a statement if operation will have, or not, an unassigned Epi pen.”
“Operational policies were reviewed and did not include a statement of staff will or wont obtain vaccines.”
“CPR and First Aid expired.”
