Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Three school-age records lacked the name and telephone number of the school attended. Note: The primary caregiver called the parents and filled out the information during inspection time.”
“The health statement was not available in three preschool children's records.”
“The operation did not have the annual certification on file that the operation has reviewed the recall notices from the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Note : corrected. This was corrected at inspection when this form was filled out by the primary caregiver.”
