Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Based on the evidence, it was determined that the caregiver hit the child on the hand/leg while redirecting her.”
“The operation failed to maintain information regarding annual liability insurance in the online portal by the expiration date.”
“The operation did not have documentation of the most recent inspection availalbe for reveiw during the inspection.”
“The toddler playground did not have at least six inches of loose fill and the older playground did not have at least nine inches of loose fill.”
“This standard was evaluated as part of an investigation and found to be deficient when a caregiver held a child down in an effort to coerce them to sleep.”
“No completed staff annual training was able to be reviewed upon request.”
“A current playground checklist was not available to review.”
