Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Emergency telephone numbers were not posted. This was corrected at inspection when the numbers were posted.”
“The composite play structure has a free swinging rope attached to it. This was corrected at inspection when the rope was cut from the play structure.”
“K-9 Taz's rabies vaccination expired 11/3/2024.”
“One of four children's files audited did not have current immunizations.”
“The first aid kit was lacking bandages, gauze, and a thermometer. This was correctred at inspection when the director found the items and put them in the first aid kit.”
