Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“Parent was not notified immediately after a child was placed at risk by getting hit in the head and body several times.”
“Director did not review and did not sign the completed report, before it was shared with parent.”
“Based on the information obtained during the course of the investigation, caregivers in charge of supervising the children did not intervene timely when two children were involved in a physical altercation. One child sustained injuries to the head as a result.”
“The Consumer Product Safety form was last reviewed on January 3, 2023.”
“Fire drills were last conducted on January 2023.”
“Emergency evacuation and relocation diagram did not include the relocation site after children safely exit the builing, the two paths to exit the builing, and the severe weather relocation site.”
