Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The preschool classroom was over ratio by 3 children. Note: A second caregiver arrived during my inspection.”
“Children records were not available during my inspection due to the person in charge not having access to the office.”
“The electrical outlet in the toddler room was uncovered. Note: The caregiver covered the outlet before I left the classroom.”
“In the infant 2 class has a play pen that has the net part ripped, the air vent has visible dirt on it, the paint is chipping. The table in the pre-k room is broken and laying on it's side.
