Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The operational policies is missing the promotion of out door play for the children.”
“There is not a statement of health on the two dogs that are in the home.”
“There is no parent rights statement or form in the operation policies.”
“Documentation was not on file for the vaccinations of the two dogs that live in the home. Note: The primary caregiver called the vet and requested they be emailed. The shot records were received before I left the inspection.”
“The current CPR taken by the primary caregiver was conducted online and not in person.”
“Children under two were present in the room when the TV was on.”
“The primary caregiver only has 8 hours of the required 30 hours of training for their previous annual training.”
