Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“There were 2 children under 17 months old and 5 children 18 months to 3 years old. This operation is over ratio by one child.”
“During inspection dog feces was observed in the backyard and children were outside playing.”
“One of the children's immunizations records that were reviewed during inspection was not up to date and the child is missing 2 vaccinations.”
“A swing set at the operation did not have a use zone of at least 12 feet to the front and back of the structure.”
“A household member at the operation did not have a certificate on file for the required orientation.”
