Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“At the time of the inspection, the caregivers in charge said they had 12 children in care but there were 15 children. This was fixed at inspection.”
“Observed one student leave the cafeteria without a caregiver in close proximity to supervise. This was corrected when the child arrived back to the cafeteria.”
“Outlets in the caferteria were observed uncoved. It is unknown if the outlets are child proof.”
“Two children with diagnosed food allergies did not have food allergy plans available for review.”
