Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“During the inspection, I observed a child in the back room of the home on a cell phone, separate from the other children who were present in the front classroom engaged in activities.”
“Documentation observed during the inspection showed that the home had not conducted a fire drill in August or September of 2025, nor in December of 2024.”
“During the inspection staff were unable to provide a curriculum or documentation to demonstrate that an educational or activity plan was in place for the child with special needs.”
