Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The wood chips on the playground was observed to not be at the proper depth.”
“Operation failed to report how many employees left in 2024 by January 15, 2025.”
“One child files out of six reviewed was missing the child s ability to swim without assistance documentation required by the new admission forms.”
“The operation allowed caregiver with hire date 07/15/2024 unsupervised contact with children in care before receiving notice from the CBCU regarding the eligibility.”

“The records for two caregivers did not include signed center polices.”
“Three infant feeding sheets were not updated within the 30-day requirements.”
