Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“A caregiver was found to have an out of date first aid training.”
“Children were observed touching the trashcan after throwing their lunch plates away. The children then laid down without washing their hands. This was corrected at inspection when the caregiver had the children wash their hands.”
“A household cleaning product: Mr. Clean magic eraser was applied to a child's face by a caregiver in attempt to remove permanent marker from the child' forehead.”
