Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.
Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“This standard was tasked as part of the investigation and found to be deficient. A child was left in the classroom alone for five minutes and brought to the caregiver when the child was found.”
“At the time of inspection the operation's last documented gas pressure test was on 10/6/22. A gas pressure inspection test was scheduled to be completed on this upcoming Monday during the inspection time.”

“This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined that the caregiver in charge of the child's class did not change a child's diaper in a timely manner, which caused him to arrive home with a soiled diaper of bowels.”
“This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. It was determined that the child did not get enough individual attention from the caregiver in charge at the time, which led to their needs not being met in a timely manner.”
“At the time of inspection, one child did not have a copy of their immunization record available for review. One child also did not have their most current immunization record present.”
