Violations
Text reproduced verbatim · Texas Health and Human Services Commission, Child Care RegulationNearly every licensed provider accumulates some. A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Class is our grouping of the state’s own weights, reviewed per state. The agency’s own label is always shown beside it.
“The fire drills were reviewed to not be completed.”
“Atrendance logs for children were not available for review.”
“The cpr/ first aid training expired 08/2025.”
“3 children present did not have health statements available,”
“3 children present did not have immunization records.”

“3 of the 3 children enrolled did not have health statements.”
“The home does not have anything in writing stating that a dog is on the premises.”
