A missing signature and an unlocked medicine cabinet are both “violations”, and they are not the same thing. Look at the class, the pattern over time and how quickly it was corrected — not the count alone.

“An epi-pen was observed during the inspection without the original container from the pharmacy. Additionally, both epi pens were expired.”
“A staff member at the operation did not use a positive form of discipline when they were directing a child to get to their place in line. The staff member told the child that they were going to "string them up" if they did not do what they were told.”
“2 out of 2 caregiver records reviewed did not have the required 5 hours instructor-led trainings.”
